Dancers’ Studio West is holding an audition for its upcoming DSW Dance Lab and Creative Process A & B from April 12-May 22, 2010. The DSW Dance Lab and Creative Process consist of two mentored, three-week creative processes with performances, featuring Calgary choreographers Helen Husak and Jason Stroh and five Alberta dancers. The DSW Dance Lab is modeled on the highly influential Le Groupe Dance Lab in Ottawa.
Process A: Helen Husak
April 12-May 1, 2010 (Performances April 23, 30 & May 1)
Process B: Jason Stroh
May 3-22, 2010 (Performances May14, 21 & 22)
DSW seeks five dancers with strong contemporary dance background for a six week, full-time contract. Interested dancers must register for the audition. No walk-ins will be accepted.
